ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Fabienne Tailleur is a coach and consultant specialized in leadership, management and professional development solutions. She works with 360° tools, assessment centers, different action learning techniques and coaching interventions, as well as more classical training approaches. She has lived and worked in 9 different countries over 4 continents, and she is currently focussing on Western Europe and Russia.

Credentials Fabienne obtained her Master’s in International Relations from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques of Paris and her Master’s in Anthropology of Social Change and Transformations from Sussex University (Great Britain). She also has a background in psychology, with a focus on the psychological impact of cross-cultural experiences and change processes (Paris 13 University of Medicine). Her professional trainings and certifications include the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (Osiris, Paris and OPP, Edinburgh), Transactional Analysis (ATOrg, Paris), Stress and Emotions Management (R. Filliozat, Paris), Organizations and Relationship Systems Coaching (CRR Global, Paris) as well as Coach-A-Rama ( Brussels, PDINH). Fabienne is a member of the International Coaching Federation.
